French corporate compliance leaders Once For All (“OFA”) and Actradis are merging with its peer, UK based Fortius, the companies provide supplier compliance verification and supply chain management software and services to construction, facilities management, real estate and energy sectors.
The merger will bring together the combined resources of the companies as they seek to become the European leader in Software-as-a-service (‘SaaS’) Supply Chain Management solutions. The companies specialise in connecting subcontractors to their large corporate clients and manage large amounts of verified data. Together the group will have over 160,000 subcontractors and suppliers’ connecting to suppliers to many of the largest companies in the sector, be the market leader in the UK and France and will have growing operations in Germany and Italy. The future group will have 430 staff and will be based in Paris.
Demand for supply chain compliance services continues to increase as local, national, and European governments impose more environmental, social and governance requirements on companies such as Sapin 2 and the proposed EU Due Diligence Act in response to widespread concerns about authenticity of product, services and the way the built environment is managed.
In France OFA, that trades as Attestation Légale, and Actradis will merge to combine the two operations into one large network of suppliers. No reduction in staff or locations are anticipated.

OFA was created and was driven by serial entrepreneur Renaud Sornin who will hand over day to day operations in France to Romain Benoit but remain as executive advisor to the group on strategy, M&A and European customer collaboration. Simon Gibbs will become CEO of the combined business.
